Want to know more about God’s promise? Read Romans Chapter 4. The text says the promise comes by faith. This promise wasn’t just for Abraham. It was for you, for me, for anyone of us out there who believes in Him who raised Jesus from the dead. He was delivered over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our justification. Anyone out there who tries to add extra bells and whistles to the text is severely confused. Read the text. The text is clear. You can’t justify yourself on your own merit. It’s impossible. But with God ALL things are possible. He makes it easy. We make it hard. Don’t let anyone tell you that you’re not good enough. There is no denomination out there that trumps the text. Read it for yourself. Pray about it. Believe it. There is no god out there that has done for us what our Father in heaven has done, our Creator, our Maker who keeps His promises. The One, The Alpha and Omega, The Beginning and End, The Author of our salvation, He who requires nothing from us but our faith and devotion to Him and to Him alone – Amen. Read the text for yourself. Don’t let anyone tell you differently.
It's easier to move on if you weren't birthed by one. (Narcissistic Personality Disorder Mother) It takes honesty, work, faith, and good friends who become your family. The scars last a lifetime but you will be okay. I am okay. Just be real, authentic, and share your life with people who matter and will accept you for who you are.
If I didn’t have faith in our Creator or what Christ did for me on the cross my head would explode. I thank God every single day for my faith, for giving me eyes to see, ears to hear, and for loving me in spite of what happens or how I feel about it. Amen and Amen.
Our kids are going on a Xmas Reading Adventure and they are SUPER EXCITED about it too! What I did was mix up some old books with new books. They are mostly Christmas stories and chapter books the girls have never seen. Then I spent a good portion of the day wrapping them up! Each day in December the girls will have a book to unwrap and read for the day. They have to finish the book to go on. I’m sure some books will finish quicker than others. Will they enjoy their Xmas Reading Adventure? We will soon see!
