Friday Weigh-In: Down Zero
I weighed myself today. I haven’t lost and I haven't gained. This is not unusual for me. I am happy I did not gain. It’s not always easy to exercise when you’re sick. I’m proud of myself that I made myself do some treadmill time even if it was just for a little on the days I wasn’t feeling well.
Because I have lost 15 lbs overall, My Fitness Pal wanted me to re-calculate my goals as far as eating and calorie intake goes—so I did that and my daily caloric total for my height and weight is 1200. At some point I will get back to tracking my food but for now I will just watch what I’m eating and eye-ball my portions.
My goal for now is just to get into the habit of being more active on a daily basis. It helps that my husband likes to go for bike rides with the kids at the end of the day. It’s so much more fun to be with other people when I’m working out.
