Lose It!

My SIL Heather invited me to join LoseIt.com a couple of weeks ago.

I finally joined the site yesterday and after one day of using it I am convinced this is going to help me lose weight.

I will be logging everything I put in my mouth and all of the exercising too.

At first I wasn’t sure if I would like the site because I barely have time with all of the other projects going on.

I literally thought it was going to be a time suck.

I found out pretty fast that it’s actually not a time suck.

It’s fairly easy to use.

You log in, set up your account, answer the questions and then the site plugs in a formula that will tell you how much you need to lose per week and how long it will take you to reach your goal.

I Love it!

I think my SIL Heather is pretty excited that I’m on LoseIt.com – FINALLY.

I think there is a lot of truth to your weight loss efforts being successful when you surround yourself with others that are trying to do the same thing you are who can consistently be there to update, encourage and help motivate.

  1. I use their ipod app and I love it! By putting in all my food and exercise it forces me to be held accountable. Good luck!
