March 2010 Measurements

So let’s see where I’m at today, shall we?

* Weight 175
* Size 14/16
* Chest 40″
* Shoulders 43″
* L Bicep 12.5″
* R Bicep 13″
* Neck 13.5″
* Waist/Stomach 39″ (Over the Belly Button)
* Hips/Butt 43″
* L Upper Thigh 27″
* R Upper Thigh 27″
* Calves 16″

My measurements today as compared to my measurements in 2007 are really not all that different. I’m up in weight. I’m wearing a Size 16 comfortably and a Size 14 on the tight side. My chest, arms, neck and waist are not all that different. My hips/butt, and thighs are not all that changed. However, my stomach today is a little bit bigger than my stomach in 2007.

These are the measurements I care about.

This is the most current comparison since December 2009:

Neck Then: 14″ — Neck Now: 13.5″ — Down .5″ — That’s Great!!!

Shoulder Then: 45″ — Shoulder Now: 43″ — Down 2.0″ — That’s Great!!!

Bicep Then: 13.5″ — Bicep Now: 13″ — Down .5″ — That’s Great!!!

Chest Then: 42″ — Chest Now: 40″ — Down 2″ — That’s Great!!!

Waist Then: 41″ — Waist Now: 39″ — Down 1″ — That’s Great!!!

Hips Then: 45.5″ — Hips Now: 43″ — Down 2.5″ — That’s Great!!!

Thigh Then: 28″ — Thigh Now: 27″ — Down 1″ — That’s Great!!!

Calf Then: 17″ — Calf Now: 16″ — Down 1″ — That’s Great!!!

Total Inches Lost All Over: 10

That’s Pretty Good!!!

This also means I am getting smaller.
